Join us for another exciting season of dancing at The Arts of the Dance Centre. Our dance program and curriculum are set up to run for the length of the school year, from September through June.
We offer a dance syllabus that is progressive, comprehensive, and age-appropriate for both the recreational dancer as well as the aspiring professional dancer.

UNIQUE CLASSES
Classes for ages 3 through adult.
Dance programs for beginner through advanced levels.
Styles: Ballet & Pointe: Vaganova method with western influences. Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Improv, Lyrical Contemporary, Tap, Irish, Hip Hop, Special Needs Dance, Musical Theatre, Contemporary Ballet, Acrobatics.
Progressing Ballet Technique Program (PBT): incorporated in the Level Ballet Classes. Exercises using the Backalast Posture Jacket, fit ball and mat. This innovative program, developed by Marie Walton-Mahon for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in classical ballet and all other genres of dance.
Adult Classes for Beginner & Intermediate:
Ballet, Tap, Ballroom, Zumba

THE ARTS OF THE DANCE CENTRE
We are dedicated to inspire and provide a safe dance education to every ADC student. Our goals are to encourage young students to progress in dance while avoiding injury and remaining physically and emotionally healthy.
The ADC's recreational programs are carefully intertwined with the pre-professional programs so that all dancers are treated with equal respect.
Our teachers are highly qualified from some of the most prestigious schools in the country and Europe and they continue learning to develop their teaching skills by attending educational courses and workshops.

In-stock inventory of tights, leotards and shoes. If your style or size is out of stock, we can place an order for you. Most items are shipped within two to three weeks. Pointe and tap shoes may take longer to arrive.
Our suppliers are able to provide us with an exact back-order date.
